Do I need an internet connection to use it?: No. Your license key is checked entirely on your own machine. Internet is only needed once, to download the installer and to receive your key by email after purchase.
What happens if I reinstall Windows or get a new PC?: Your key isn't tied to a specific machine - reinstall PositiveRate and paste the same key back in from your purchase email.
Lost your license email?: Write to support@getpositiverate.com with the email you purchased under and we'll resend it.
